Position Overview
The RTH Assistant Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Administrator, staff, and clients. This position requires hiring, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling employees. The Assistant Administrator oversees daily operations of the treatment home including but not limited to addressing client issues, leading groups, tracking, and ordering supplies, monitoring medications, auditing charts, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants must have State of Oregon QMHA credentials, Qualified applicants must also demonstrate competence in supervision of staff, have a valid Oregon driver’s license, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
Our goal at any Restorative location is to provide both security and support for those needing rehabilitation from mental illness.
